Microsoft launched Windows 11, the next big update to Windows 10, on June 24th, 2021. It was first opened for Insiders, and early adopters who wanted to join the train of people wanting to experience the new features, and the rather clean UI which Microsoft proudly showed off during their event. But the slight issue was, Windows, in spite of getting a massive overhaul, wasn't consistent enough, to the point where people like me, switched back to Windows 10 (I completely switched to macOS). Windows 10 had already been lacking consistency, because of the sheer fact that not everything was facelifted to match the remaining UI. We had menus which looked like they were straight out of Windows 7, while some icons looked like they were left untouched since Windows 98. Windows 11 attempted to fix all of this, by updating the core apps, like Notepad, Paint and Terminal. But they still lacked that consistency, which is exactly what Rectify11 attempts to solve!
